Rhonda D Lee, it is unfortunate that the Landlord denied your application to lease their property. I felt you would have been a good Tenant for my client. However, the decision to accept or deny your application was the Landlord's alone, and not mine. Additionally, you never had the opportunity or choice to work with me, because I was representing the Landlord, a long time client of mine, exclusively. For future reference, bear in mind that Landlords generally look for Tenants to have an income to rent ratio of at least 3 :1. I wish you much peace and joy and the best of luck going forward.
